If you've paid but the app still asks you to subscribe, you may have two separate accounts with us - one holding your subscription, the other the one you're signed in to.
How this happens
When you first install the app, an account is created for you automatically, without an email address. If you sign up with your email later, that creates a second account. Your subscription and invoices stay on the first one, and the new account starts empty.
Signs you have two accounts
The app asks you to subscribe even though you've paid
Your invoices disappeared after you signed up or logged in with your email
Apple or Google shows an active subscription, but the app says you're on the free plan
You see a renewal screen even though your subscription hasn't expired
How to fix it
Our support team can find both accounts, connect your email to the one holding your subscription and invoices, and check that everything works.
Contact us and include:
The email address you signed up with
Your business name as it appears in the app
Whether you bought your subscription through Apple or Google
A screenshot of the active subscription in your Apple or Google account
Avoiding this in future
Sign up with your email before buying a subscription - Settings (⚙️) > Sign up
Log in with that same email on all your devices
On a new device, log in with your existing email rather than starting fresh
Tip: if it turns out you have one account rather than two, try the steps in You paid but your subscription isn't active.
