What to do when I see this error

Follow these steps:

iOS

Links should automatically open in the app.
If they don’t, please contact us and we’ll help you fix it.


Android

If the link opens in a browser:

  1. Go to Settings → Apps

  2. Find this app

  3. Tap Open by default / Set as default

  4. Tap Open supported links → choose “In this app”

Then try the link again and select the app when prompted (not the web browser).
