If your Invoice Maker app isn't activating after you've subscribed or paid, there might be several reasons, often related to payment methods. Here are some guidelines to identify and resolve common activation issues. If your subscription does not appear active after being activated (manually or otherwise), try the following steps:
Restart the app: Close and reopen the Invoice Maker app.
Log out and log back in: Sign out of your account and sign back in to refresh subscription details. These steps often resolve most activation or display issues.
Take a look at possible reasons:
Exceeding invoices
You have reached the maximum number of invoices.
A subscription is valid from its purchase for another month/year.
Only a Premium subscription offers unlimited invoices.

Using a specific feature
You try to use Quotes/Estimates or another feature.
Take a look to our pricing (under Settings - Subscription in the app) and check if the feature is in your actual subscription.
Before proceeding with further steps, verify if the payment for your subscription was successfully processed. For instance:
Check your payment method: Confirm with your bank or credit card company if the payment succeeded.
Apple subscriptions: Review your subscription status under your Apple account or request a refund via Apple Support if necessary.
Have you tried the above and still no luck?
General Subscription Policies
Invoice Maker app supports subscriptions purchased only through Google Play or Apple Pay. Payments made via unsupported methods such as PayPal may not activate the app. Ensure you purchase using these authorized platforms to access your subscription.
Resolving Issues for Apple Payments
If you purchased your subscription using Apple Pay and the app is not activating:
Note that all transactions via Apple Pay are managed directly by Apple. Invoice Maker Pro does not control refunds or transaction issues handled by Apple.
To resolve your issue or request a refund, follow these steps:
Visit reportaproblem.apple.com or use the 'Report a Problem' link in your iTunes bill.
Sign in with your Apple ID and password that were used for the purchase.
Locate the item causing the issue and click 'Report a Problem.'
Select a reason for the issue from the menu and follow any additional on-screen instructions. For further assistance, visit Apple's Support Page. Remember, any decisions made are under Apple's terms, as Invoice Maker Pro does not influence these.
Resolving Issues for Unsupported Payment Methods (e.g., PayPal)
Invoice Maker does not support subscriptions paid through PayPal. If you used PayPal and the app didn’t activate:
Contact PayPal to request a refund for the unauthorized transaction.
After resolving with PayPal, subscribe using Google Play or Apple Pay to properly activate your account. This ensures compatibility with the supported systems and resolves potential activation issues.
Additionally, ensure you gather proof of payment, such as receipts or confirmation emails, before contacting support. Including these details expedites the resolution process.
