Save any document as a PDF file - to keep a copy or send it through another app.
Save one document
Open the document you want to save
In the action menu at the bottom, tap Export as PDF. If you don't see it, swipe up on the menu to show more options.
Choose where to save the PDF, or an app to send it with, like WhatsApp
Save several documents at once
To export several documents as PDFs in one go, see Export documents, clients and items. The PDFs are emailed to you as a ZIP file.
