Supported devices
The app works on iPhone and iPad
If your app is available on Google Play, it also works on Android devices
There's no Mac, PC or web version at the moment
Minimum system version
iOS - the minimum version is shown on the app's App Store page, under Compatibility
Android - the minimum version is shown on the app's Google Play page, under About this app
Older versions aren't supported, as they lack features the app needs and have security gaps.
Beta versions
We don't recommend using the app on beta versions of iOS or Android, as we can't guarantee it will run smoothly.
If the app crashes on iOS
Turn on crash reports so our developers receive them and can fix the problem in an update:
Open your phone's Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements
Turn on Share iPhone Analytics (or Share iPad Analytics)
Turn on Share With App Developers
