Cancel a recurring subscription

Cancelling a subscription means to cancel the next renewal.

All your data remains in the app after a subscription cancellation and you can use the Freebie subscription plan.

A subscription can be cancelled only with the service where you originally purchased it - Apple or Google Play For billing issues, such as a double charge, users should check their purchase history in the respective app store and submit refund requests or report the issue directly via the app store's help or refund page. Important Note: Ensure your cancellation is processed fully within the app store where you originally subscribed. Failing to complete the cancellation may result in continued charges.


iOS - Apple

Subscriptions bought on iPhone/iPad are managed in your Apple account. For more information on how to cancel an Apple subscription

To cancel your subscription on an Apple device, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.

  2. Tap your Apple ID name at the top of the screen.

  3. Select Subscriptions.

  4. Locate your Invoice Maker subscription from the list.

  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to cancel the subscription.


Android - Google Play

Subscriptions bought in the Android app are managed in your Google Play account. For more information

To cancel your subscription on an Android device, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android device.

  2. Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.

  3. Select Payments & Subscriptions, then Subscriptions.

  4. Find your Invoice Maker subscription in the list.

  5. Follow the provided options to cancel the subscription.
