Your invoices or data are missing

Don't worry - in most cases, your data isn't lost. It just needs to be reconnected to your account.

If you signed up with your email, all your data is stored safely on our servers. Log in with the same email on any device, and it comes back.

I switched phones or logged out

On a new phone, the app starts with a fresh, empty account. After logging out, your data is still saved on our servers. Either way, log back in:

  • Open the app and go to Settings > Log in

  • Enter the email address you signed up with

  • Open the login link we send you - check your spam folder if you don't see it

  • Your invoices, clients and items appear once you're logged in

Important: use exactly the same email address as before. Not sure which one it was? Contact our support team, and we'll help you find it.

For more on switching phones, see Use your account on another device.

I never signed up with my email

Without an account, your data is stored only on the device you used.

  • Still have the old device? Open the app there and sign up first (Settings > Sign up). Then log in on your new device with that email.

  • Don't have the old device anymore? Contact our support team and describe what happened.

Tip: we always recommend signing up with your email - it backs up your data and lets you use it on any device.

The login link isn't working

  • Check your spam or junk folder

  • Wait a few minutes - emails are sometimes delayed

  • Request a new link from the login screen

  • Open the link on the same device you're logging in on

  • Check your email address for typos

Seeing ERROR_magic_link? Each link works only once. Request a new one and tap it just once. More login help: Log in and log out.

Still can't find your data?

Contact our support team and include:

  • The email address you think you signed up with

  • Your business name as it appeared in the app

  • Whether you use iOS or Android

Didn't find what you were looking for? Contact our support team, and we'll sort it out for you.
