If the app still asks you to subscribe after you've paid, work through these steps.
Your data is safe. Even with a subscription prompt showing, your invoices, clients and items are all still saved.
1. Check the subscription in the store
Apple and Google manage subscriptions, not us, and it can take a moment for the app to catch up.
On iPhone or iPad - open your phone's Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions
On Android - open the Google Play Store, tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
Check the subscription is listed as active.
2. Check you're signed in with the right store account
Your subscription belongs to the Apple Account or Google account you bought it with. If your device is signed in with a different one, the app can't find it.
3. Restore your purchase
Open the app and go to Settings (⚙️) > Subscription
Tap Restore Purchase
This makes the app check with the store again.
4. Restart the app and your phone
Close the app completely, by swiping it away in the app switcher
Restart your phone
Open the app again
